Terms and Conditions

Attensity is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. Sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations. This privacy statement only applies to Attensity.com and AttensityGroup.com; it does not apply to other online or offline Attensity sites, products or services. By visiting Attensity.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Statement. Please read the complete Attensity.com privacy statement

Collection of Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are downloading content, accessing a secure section of the site, or signing up to request a demo. Personal information collected by Attensity.com often is limited to name, company, title, and email address, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested. You can always choose not to provide personal information, but then we will not be able to provide you the services you request.

Attensity.com also collects certain information about your computer hardware and software in the form of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user's computer by a Web server based on the permissions set in a user's browser software. A cookie itself is not designed or intended to read any information from a user's computer (other than the contents of the cookie); rather, it is an identifier used by the Web site that originally placed it on your hard drive. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Attensity.com. You may adjust your Web browsers to either alert you of the use of cookies or refuse to accept cookies entirely. Be aware that if you elect not to accept cookies, the Site may not function properly or permit access.

Use of Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes: To deliver services, such as newsletters, events or training that you request. To help us create and publish content most relevant to you. To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from Attensity, if you so request. To allow you access to limited-entry areas of our site as appropriate. We will merge site-visitation data with anonymous demographic information for research purposes, and we may use this information in aggregate to provide more relevant content.

Control of Your Personal Information
When you submit personal information, Attensity.com will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.

Security of Information
We have put in place a number of physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the confidentiality of the information we collect online. For example, we use "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers and other encryption software to prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to ensure the correct use of information. While we work to safeguard the information we collect online, be aware that Internet security can be compromised.

Changes to this Statement
Attensity.com may occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the privacy statement.
